 My husband, my 3 kids and myself have been part of the KicksUSA family for 4 years. My oldest son earned his black belt in October 2010 and my youngest son and myself earned our black belt a month ago in April 2011. I am 48 years old and this place has been a life saver for me. I enjoy training with my "other family" and getting my exercise in (which at my age is vital) and I thoroughly enjoy doing it. My children have learned so much about respect, focus and goals. They teach our kids so much more than martial arts. When we were first looking for our children to do martial arts, we looked at 3 different studios here in Pleasanton. The minute we walked into KicksUSA, we knew this is where we wanted our kids. It is not a belt factory like some of the other places we checked out. It is not about the bottom line here, but about reaching for a goal and then exceeding it. Although, we have earned our black belts, we have just begun our journey. I intend to keep training and so does my family.
