Fitness classes offered through the City of Pleasanton, Parks and Community Services. Weeknight classes in Cardio, Strength Training, Mat Pilates/ Fitness Yoga Fusion and Stability Ball Training. All classes are designed to meet the needs for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Ages from 13 and up are welcome! Call or e mail the instructor for class information/times. Rgstration is processed through the City of Pleasanton, or you may register the first of each month at the class with the instructor. Terri Gonzalez, the instructor is an ACE certtified Group Fitness instructor with more then 25 years experience.
