 JB Drafting & Design's attention to detail was lacking in a few areas and as a result costs us more to fix the mistakes than we initially paid JB Drafting and Design. The first major issue was them providing building plans that were different than the architectural plans we approved, this resulted in us having to stop construction when we realized the changes and had to contact JB Drafting and Design to rectify the issues, not to mention it took them multiple visits to get the correct measurements and delayed the project by 3 weeks. How can you provide a client building plans different than the architectural plans they approved? I do not recommend using JB Drafting and Design because they do not pay attention to the details and/or do not care. We initially went with JB Drafting and Design because of the price was a bit lower but in the end we ended up paying more correcting mistakes than if we hired a professional architect. This company may be okay for small projects but I do not advise using them on any larger projects. Needless to say I will unfortunately have to take them to court to resolve the issues.
