Verified Trustee Sale Delay Program: We will postpone the trustee sale of your home (delay the foreclosure).  We do this by challenging the legality of the sale / auction. This package will require the trustee to postpone the sale and review the documents for legitimacy of the claims. We can accept files where there is less than 24 hours before the scheduled sale date and time. The client does not pay for the service until after postponement is confirmed. 

Foreclosure Reversal:  We can reverse (invalidate) the foreclosure sale as long as the property has not been sold to a private party, provided the deed has not yet been recorded back to the bank.  This will force the bank to start the foreclosure process all over again which in turn will provide the home owner with the opportunity to develop a long term foreclosure protection strategy. 

Eviction Defense:  In the unfortunate event there are no longer any options for a home owner who was foreclosed upon, however the homeowner still needs some time before they are forced to  move from the residence, Property Solutions can postpone the eviction for up to 12 months or longer from the day of Foreclosure.
