Menu:Gazpacho w/Crisp Jalapenos, Blackberry Chicken Salad, Nutty Mushr'm Pate/Roasted Kale Chips, Acorn Squash Pie w/Maple Cream. The guests? "Thank you profusely for the amazing & sumptuous banquet - it was phenomenal & well above our expectations. We thought you might provide a well-prepared & thoughtful meal but that was OFF THE HOOK!!! Shall We Dine has created a recipe for Lucini Italia, a purveyor of fine and authentic Italian sauces, extra virgin olive oils and more. We just learned that they have accepted Chef Claudia's first recipe and will be publishing it on their site soon. They thought it was wonderful, and we hope you do too!
