I studied at Bryman College in Hayward, California and graduated at the top of my class in May 2004.  Bryman's massage therapy course consisted of an intense 720 hour program which extensively covered anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology, as well as various massage techniques including: Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Sports massage, Pre and Post-natal massage, Aromatherapy, Spa treatments, Hot Stone therapy, Shiatsu, Thai, energy healing techniques, Infant massage and Chair massage.  Since graduating, I have also become Reiki 1 certified and am committed to expanding my knowledge of good health and the body by taking continued education courses every year.

I began my career forging close working relationships with several chiropractors in Fremont, California.  With their nurturing, I expanded my knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.  Under their guidance, I honed my rehabilitative massage skills.  While still working closely with chiropractors, I began a mobile massage business "providing therapeutic massage at your doorstep."  My company still services the greater San Francisco Bay Area and has now expanded to beautiful Northern California, providing high quality professional outcall massage at competitive rates.

The Body Spa offers a wide variety of massage techniques making each session special and different.  I strive to provide a new experience each time we meet.  By using several different massage techniques, I am able to custom tailor massage sessions to fit each individual's needs.
