Club TVT at Tri Valley Trainer provides unlimited access to 20 small group training session times throughout the week.  It's built on a modifiable, but high-intensity, low-impact cardio/strength/care framework for incredible results. Sessions are led by NASM-CPT and ACE-Certified personal trainers. Private training is also available by appointment.
