Tuff Girl Fitness Boot Camp is a full body workout program for men and women that combines calisthenics, flexibility, strength training, circuits, cardio through short distance running, jogging, walking and drills to form a stronger, tighter, fitter you! All you need is 3-20 lb weights, depending on your strength level, a balance ball and a mat and I provide the rest! I will also couple your program up with nutrition coaching so you get the results you want!

We use TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebells, balance balls, weight lifting, and much, much more to make your boot camp experience fun and different every camp! You won't get bored with the same routine at our camps!

Our fitness program is designed for any fitness level; from beginners just entering the fitness world, to the elite fitness buff that just needs a change in their daily routine! Our program is a non-intimidating atmosphere for women, so there is no need to worry about what you look like or how many pounds you’re lifting. You can workout to your level and your limits. This class is about your own fitness progress and success, so challenge yourself at your own pace!

Quick & Easy Healthy Recipes - to use for the people with little time, no cooking skills, and just plan healthy eating! Me! :)

Small Frequent Meals – to keep your energy up and combating binge eating! You will feel like you're eating ALL of the time!

90/10 Rule – Eat well 90% of the time and eat with no guilt 10% of the time. Anyone can do this and this program will teach you that!

Our morning boot camps are from 5:30am -6:30am and evening camps are from 6pm-7pm (co-ed) and are ongoing; you can join at anytime.
