Zakuro Japanese Bistro & Sushi Bar is a modernized Japanese restaurant located on the border of Pleasanton and Dublin, right off of the 580 Santa Rita Road exit. It is the love child of the owner, Alex Chung’s passion for palate pleasing taste, eye catching presentation, and his overall love for food and people.

Zakuro aims to provide a fun and relaxing atmosphere and dishes that will please every diner. Boasting over 20 different house sauces that compliment a complete menu full of unique makis or rolls and a noteworthy menu of sakes (for the 21 and over customer ) Zakuro is excited to be serving the Tri Valley community.
