I have been going to Zen Pilates & Fitness for about a month now. Just a bit about myself. I'm currently a business professional in the area who needs flexibility in terms of time. I'm an ex-college athlete who has been running 20+ miles a week & playing soccer 1X/week for the past 12 months. Prior to that, I was completely out of shape & gaining weight. While the running has been great, it wasn't enough as I have had issues with injuries which sidelines my efforts. After my 1st visit at Zen Pilates, I was fired up. Gerry/Traci have me on a flexible program to build strength while also working aerobically. All exercises are low weight, high rep with a highly skilled trainer to help guide you, keep your risk to injury low & work towards the goals you set (strength, tone, weight loss, etc). This is by & far superior to anything I've used in the past like 24 hour fitness. Keeps me motivated & I'm already seeing results. Try finding a personal trainer at the price & quality Zen Pilates is offering. I've done the 24 fitness thing, $50/hr for a trainer only to fall off the program once I'm on my own. At Zen, I have a great program & a training partner to keep me on track. 5 stars for sure, I highly recommend them! Key Buying criteria for me. - Flexible times - Full time trainers to keep me motivated & on track - Very reasonable cost for annual membership - Multiple disciplines (strength building, aerobic, core work, plyometrics, pilates, body building, , injury advise, nutritional advise, etc) - Great people - Excellent advise & goal planning
