Zen Pilates and Fitness is a unique group/personal training studio teaching classes all day in groups of 1-4 people.
Each class implements; Yoga, Pilates, Flexibility, Strength, Balance, Cardiovascular, and Core Stability. We teach a new class daily, and unlike a gym, our classes are taught during the time you schedule your appointment. Each class is modified for every fitness level and class durations are from 20-45 minutes, depending on you!
Zen Pilates and Fitness also offers; medically based nutrition, air brush tanning, tanning, photo therapy, pain management, body wraps, cellulite therapy, the cure for Fibromyalgia, and sports specific training. We also have a National Physic Judge and Northern California Figure, Fitness and Bikini Coordinator on staff who train athletes who wish to compete!
